There is NO KFC in Spearfish had to drive to Rapid City very disappointed that KFC is no longer there and google keeps having you driving around in circles

Try opening your dining room and you might get more business. If I want to wait in a line that wraps around a building, I'll go somewhere worth the wait .

Fried chicken is delicious, the food is really good I gave 4 stars because it's a little on the expensive side and the hours that they are open are rediculous

So rude forgot our sauces and basically threw them at us! We were the only ones in the line lobby was closed I asked if we could come in and use the restroom and was told no! Not I’m sorry but just no!! Guess she was mad I came through the line and she had to work!Like everything else in the state subpar.

Food Was Delicious and order Was Accurate, other than missing Sauces and Napkins and A Fork for Mac and Cheese, Service was Pretty Good! A shame inside service isn’t open.
Stopped there on Sunday at noon to have lunch and Closed.... Went to Sturgis and patronized another business

So today on the Fourth of July after the parade my family and I decided to run to KFC and grab a quick lunch. We place our order they didn’t get it we had to do it again which was fine and then we got to the window they didn’t give us half our order which was fine we ended up getting it and then I asked for a pack of sauce. When she handed me the wrong one I said no not that one a different one and then when she was coming back she blatantly rolled her eyes and I said to her you don’t have to roll your eyes. She then said I am rolling my eyes at you and gave me the finger mind you in front of my six-year-old daughter. I told her it was a shame that she wouldn’t even be fired because of the hiring shortage and then her manager told me to leave or he would call the police on me. I’ll because I said what I said. Not a thing was said to his employee who gave me the finger and cussed me out. We will never ever go back to that place. I really hope the owner sees us and realizes what kind of staff he has working there. It’s already running on restricted hours because they can’t hire anyone maybe this is the cause of it

Go to drive thru at 6:55 and get told "we are closed for the day" but sign on the drive thru says 7.
