This was legitimately probably the worst food I’ve ever had. We ordered jalapeño poppers which came crunchy and lukewarm. Went to order entrees but our server told us they were out of beef because they’re closing for a week. So we ordered garlic Parmesan boneless wings, fried pickles and the turkey bacon melt with tots. Fried pickles were okay but the batter was burnt and looked like they used old oil. The boneless wings were lukewarm and tasted extremely off, like freezer burnt. The large messy pile of turkey on the turkey melt was inedible, there was no bacon and one off color tomato. We picked at the bread. Tots were burnt outside and undercooked inside. There was absolutely no care or effort that went into making the food, one of us woke up in the night with nausea and vomiting, the other just nausea. Our server was polite-probably the only good thing about the experience-but never asked if our meals were good or why we sent back full plates of food. As of now I will never go back, it’s not worth the $100 and illness.

Not sure why I keep giving this place a 2nd chance but, I am done. 3 of the 4Of our part got sick from the food yesterday. They can’t keep help. “Be patient we have new help” raw food. Over cooked food. They aren’t changing the grease in the fryers. So sad. We used to eat there twice a month. But we stopped for about a year. Walked out about 6 months ago, no one cameTo our table after They sat us. Tried again, order wrong and under cooked pizza dough. This time the burger wasn’t even what the menu said it had on it then the Tator tots made us all sick,‘after I had already sentThem back because they were burnt.

My family of 10 dined here for daughter's birthday. Waitress did fine. Several ordered burgers with kettle chips and got old out of the bag potato chips, what's with that? One granddaughter ordered a some teraki bowl. All she got was a few little pieces of chicken, bunch of onions and about a tablespoon of rice.

5 of us couples have dinner in local restaurants every Friday night. We have eaten at Lucky's 13 more because there is room for us, and the food and service has always been good. However, this is no longer the case. Last night we were the first patrons in the dining room and were the last ones to get our food. Another large group came in later and were served and gone before all of us were served. Some of our group were done eating before the rest of us even had our food. Our food was cold and those who ordered flat bread were given pizzas instead, which has happened the last two times. Since this had happened in the past, those who wanted flatbread asked if pizza would be substituted and were told "no, you will be given flatbread". We had to ask for silverware and napkins. The server said that he was new and apologized several times for what was happening. We have had issues such as this the last few times that we've eaten here and we're not willing to go through this again. We know that staffing can be a challenge, but there is no excuse for poor service, not getting what we order, and cold food.

She is a very kind young lady and definitely made our experience pleasant.My friend and I had the rueben sandwich and a giant pretzel; both of them were delicious.Update Oct 8, 2023: I have since added 2 more trips here over the last 5 years. Each time the food has been great...along with the customer service.
