Shut your Mobile orders down if you can’t figure it out. Multiple times in the last week I’ve paid for an order, showed up to pick it up for it to be cancelled. And no the refund isn’t instant and no you won’t get your rewards back either if you use them! If you call in you get a “yeah we can’t control the app idk what to tell you”. This isn’t the economy where people can afford to pay for things multiple times in one day. I’ll avoid this place from here further.

First I'm okay with paying for what i order. But when you ask for lettuce and got maybe 5 small pieces of shredded lettuce you shouldnt have to pay 40 cents for it. I like to be able to taste the lettuce on all of my burger not just one bite.

Why are you guys being so stingy with the monopoly stickers? I order a Big Mac and a large fry just to get the stickers but just cause I order the big Mac with no bun you guys don't give me the right box for it and there for denying me from my monopoly sticker...

Drive through service sucks. Waited for a big mac and fries for 15 minutes. Had to pull forward in one of the spots. Got home completely messed up my order.
I went through the drive thru for a medium strawberry shake.... stopped at the first window and the girl was leaning against the wall with her back to me! I thought she would immediately turn around to take my money but I had to yell....hello!!!...do I pay here or the second window? It took me saying that twice for her to turn around and then say....I'm sorry about that...then I still had to ask how much it was!! OMG....do better on your hiring please!!

Ordered online a gold chicken snack wrap. Received a spicy chicken snack wrap. Parked and went in told him it was spicy and I needed the gold one. The counter guy was super nice he told the kitchen he needed a gold chicken snack wrap. The kitchen hands the counter guy a snack wrap. He specifically asked him if it’s a gold one, The kitchen responds with “ I think so.” Walked out to my pick up, took another bite of it, It was not gold. It was the same spicy sauce they put on the spicy snack wrap. I wasn’t about to go back in a second time.
