Advertised a "private meeting room", when I called to reserve the room for a family holiday gathering (as I thought was the proper way to handle that) was told that they really don't have a private meeting room and didn't take reservations. TAKE IT OFF YOUR WEBPAGE! The person with whom I spoke was very short and rude. None of our family will EVER spend a dime in the establishment if it was the last place to eat in Spearfish!
I took a group of 28 people to this restaurant on a bus tour and they were very rude to us. Most of everyone’s food was overcooked, my shrimp was burnt and we had a lady that wanted some Italian salad dressing and they said that it wasn’t on our menu and they could not provide it for her. Give me a break. It was only a small cup of salad dressing. Very bad service, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and they had the audacity to say my group was rude.
