Here at prime dinner time. No silverware, no chicken, nothing on salad except old, dried up food, no pizzas except 2 Mexican pizzas, but they want you to tip up front before you eat.

I would not recommend the spearfish SD Pizza Ranch. the floors were absolutely filthy. The Buffets were severely depleted and we were there during regular supper hours. The chicken tasted delicious and was juicy. The salad Bar was seriously low and alot of items looked as if they had been sitting there all day. the Pizza was dry. I would like to tell anyone wanting to try a Pizza Ranch to go to Sturgis. my wife mother and I will not be returning to this Pizza Ranch.

This is the worst pizza ranch I have ever eaten at. Some of the food on the buffet looks old and inedible. Also there is hardly any food out been waiting for at least 30 minutes and nothing. Paid almost 40 bucks to sit here and not eat ridiculous 😒 will not be coming back to this location .

We went to dinner with friends and had an excellent experience. The Manager Lorraine was an absolute delight! She made sure we were well taken care of and cooked up some chicken just for us when they were getting low. The food was good and we enjoyed our time there. We can't say enough about Lorraine, she really loves working there and it shows!

Pretty dirty place. The ice machine had green stuff caked on where the ice would come out which if you’re going quick from ice to filling you’d miss the fact that there are green chunks or splatters all in your cup. Place had flies flying all around the food. Paid and left

we had a great buffet. Mom and I went from Deadwood to Devil's Tower and saw your sign on highway 90. The buffet was under $15 each and included beverage. Lots of food to choose from. The chips and fries were great too. Our server, Melissa Lee was AMAZING! She made pepperoni and bbq chicken pizzas special for us. And she brought us hot apple dessert pizza. The chicken was hot, crispy, moist and delicious. We felt very welcome. Wish we had you in Las Vegas! Thank you!

My family and I came in for "wing night" what a joke. There is literally one small bin with plain wings that are very close to burned. The picture online and in the store advertising wing night shows several bins with different wings. I asked about it and was told those were all of the wings and there were 3 bottles of sauce. I'm sorry but this has to be the worst bait and switch I've seen. This is ridiculous. We will NEVER be back. Definitely not worth the money.

Stopped in today at 4:00. Cashier did not want to be here. Pizza was old and chewy. Chicken past its prime. 4 salad dressings were out. Probably the worst pizza ranch we have been to.
