Usually pretty good, BUT I tried mobile order for the first time and never again. They missed 3 ingredients in my burrito and it was the smallest burrito I’ve ever got from them. Disappointing.

Disgusting customer service. I asked for a Quesabirria burrito. They asked what I wanted and they didn't understand and gave me a quesodilla instead! It's not what I was asking for. They were rude and their behavior was appalling.

I seriously never write a review but I feel that I need too. I went there for lunch and got a burrito well the gal that was making my burrito let's just say it was soggy by the time I got back to the office which is a 2 min drive and I had to put it into a bowl. The employee didn't drain any of the liquid from the beans nor the meat...it was very disappointing. If I could post a photo of what my burrito looked like I would...

We stopped to eat here ... I started to order and realized their queso has things in it... I asked what was in it and was told they couldn't tell me... I asked what if Im allergic to something... I was told it was proprietary and they couldn't tell me but I was free to look it up online... I asked what if my allergy would cause me to die... i was told they were instructed to tell people to look it up... OMG. Obviously we did NOT eat here... what could possibly be in that cheese that was so secretive ???

We asked what was in the queso and server said he could not tell us it was proprietary. When my wife asked what if she had an allergy. He then said, you can look up the nutritional info on the website and he cannot tell us what was in the quest. It was then that we walked out.

Everything was fine accept for the lack of gloves by those serving food. It’s not too big of a deal but no gloves when someone is sick can be very bad.

When I first arrived there was almost nobody to take my order except one person I saw walking to the back of the restaurant. It took 5 minutes for someone to notice I was there and to follow up when I was getting my order taken the male manager was rushing making my food when I was the ONLY person in line. I received no apology at all. This is the first time I have been here in months, and honestly, I will not be returning. The sitting area inside was an absolute disaster. Food all over the floor, trash, and the trash was over filling. Do better qdoba.

This location was out of everything… chicken, veggies …. Nacho Cheese was crusty. Sunday evening about 7:00 pm. Meal did not taste good.
