I was a customer at your Spearfish Safeway location on 09/13 between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. I was wearing a blue-collar shirt, brown pants, and boots. I ordered a Medicine Ball Tea, extra hot.
Within an hour of consuming my beverage, I experienced severe gastrointestinal distress, including uncontrollable and explosive diarrhea that has persisted up until now. The severity of this illness has been unlike anything I have ever experienced, to the point that it has caused significant disruption at home.
As someone who works in healthcare and has prior experience in the food industry, I am deeply concerned about the lack of visible hand hygiene I observed during my visit, especially given how busy the store was. I believe this raises serious concerns about food safety and cross-contamination.
This experience has completely changed my outlook on both the company and this location. More importantly, I have a 6-month-old son at home (conceived through IVF), and I am genuinely worried about the potential of passing along any illness I may have contracted.
I am requesting that this matter be taken seriously and reviewed at the corporate level. For the safety of your customers and their families, I urge immediate follow-up and corrective action

For being the only Starbucks in town, this one sucks. I ordered a venti white mocha with caramel drizzle, and bacon Gouda egg bites. She asked if I want it hot or iced, I said hot, then proceeded to pay 12.50. I wait for my order inside Safeway, and they call when it’s done and I see that she made an iced coffee with the egg bites. I said I ordered my coffee hot, so she remade it. Upon getting the hot coffee I see and taste that there’s not even any caramel in it at all and it just tastes like straight milk. Like come on , for 13 bucks I’d like to think you can do a lot better. Avoid this Starbucks, any and all in rapid city are 100x better. The guy that works there does a good job though.

Daughter went to order buy one get one for her and her mom on mother's day using the app... lady got both drinks making then told her they don't do the bogo at that location? Why? Bc they make thier own rules.
Ordered two white mocha breves one regular, the other decaf… ended up with two hot chocolates. Barista handed them to me and told me which was which so must be a mix up with their powders or something. Pretty expensive mix up.
