The waitress was rude, especially when we ordered a water and a soda and two lunch plates that weren't on the pricey side because we had a salon appointment and didn't have all day to spend there.She brought out a basket of three mini , tiny cornbread muffins (for two people) and when we asked for more, she rolled her eyes and brought another basket , of three out and tossed it on the table without saying a word or taking the empty basket. The soda was flat and I only ordered it because they didn't have sweet tea.We were ignored most of the time and there weren't very many other tables to tend to. When we finally got her attention for the bill, she made a point to instruct us on how to leave a credit card tip, she was told the tip would be cash and she once again left with an attitude and we had to go get a to go box from someone else. I believe her name was Tony and she wore a bushy, sloppy side ponytail (which is gross around food anyway).She came back to bring the receipt and was suddenly very, very polite when she saw the tip laying on the table was more than our entire meal!I will NOT EVER ever recommend that place to anyone and am VERY embarrassed since my sister was visiting from Kansas and wanted a healthy place to eat and not just fried bar foods or fast food .Rude, rude , rude!!!!!!!I asked for a card so I could remember to do a review and her name, she said there were no business cards in the entire place!!!!!I'll remember to post on rally sites to warn others of how tourists get treated, just because we weren't dressed fancy, doesn't mean we are trash and need to be treated like we are!!!!We have both been servers and bartenders and know how people should be treated!!!The management and trainers are also to blame to let that behavior slide!Shame on y'all

Five meals this time with appetizers. Everything was spot on. Great server, good drinks, excellent burgers, pasta, salmon, and chicken on our visit. Really a cool ambience as well.

I was very disappointed in the meal that we had last night. We went for an early Valentine's Day therefore we ordered more expensively that we normally would. We were surprised upon arriving that the menu and the prices were much different than they were on the website menu. We both ordered, "most tender tenderloin" and they were not cooked right and they were so tough and rubbery they were hard to cut with the steak knife let alone to try and chew them. My potatoes were luke warm, but the server was great and replaced them with hot potatoes quite quickly. The corn bread and special butter were the best part of the meal. I know that I will not ever order steaks from this restaurant again, but, that being said, I will return for the great service and try something else.

Been here 2 times before and all was great. This time, not so much. Lost our salad ticket, had to ask for salads never received when others came out, steaks were way overcooked, items were placed on dinner dishes that were never ordered. A waffle fry was on floor and stepped on by 4 servers and never picked up even though they all looked to see what they stepped on. Had to instruct someone to actually pick it up. Bathroom was horrible. No ADA parking or if there was, was not labeled.

Had some of the worst ribs I have ever experienced. We visited with another couple to enjoy a good meal. 3 of us ordered the ribs. 2 of us selected the Buckhard seasoning and the third chose house BBQ.When the food arrived at the table, the smell of spicy food was clearly apparent. When 2 of us attempted to eat the ribs sauced with the Buckhard sauce, they were so spicy, neither one of us were able to even complete our first bite.Nothing on the menu indicated that the flavor was a high heat seasoning.The one rack with the traditional BBQ was OK at best. Nothing during our visit will convince us to return.

The beans and white chili are so good, I’m getting a bowl next time!! Free corn bread. Kids meals are a good price and it comes with ice cream. The chicken fried chicken and apple crisp were ok.
