They got our order wrong and then locked the doors 10 minutes early
Edit- We called them to get the order fixed and also complained about whoever wrapped the tacos because I went to grab a taco and it fell right out of the paper, so we go to get our new order and the guy at the window was rude as hell, and then when we get home we look in the bags and the tacos were literally just tossed in the bag and not even wrapped, they also drenched our burritos in hot sauce, this place is absolutely ridiculous😒

The service is always really good, but it's to hard to look at a screen that isn't a phone... my orders keep getting messed up and after consistent screw ups I've finally made the review. Even if you like something and don't want lettuce or tomatoes on something and say no, you better expect them to have it on them so you will end up eating what you didn't order or throw it away wasting money

For a TB chain, this is one of my the great in the Black Hills. The food is always how I've ordered it, hot and with extras I like. The manager went out of his way to serve all guests in a manner that was impressive. You're getting yummy Taco Bell here with kindness.

if i could leave a 0 i would. i went then an hour before it was closed and the women said they were closing early due to low staff yet as we were leaving she was continuing to serve another person. she refused us service which was because of our ethnicity and was in general just rude and disrespectful. this was the worst experience at taco bell i have ever had. i hope no one has this experience at taco bell because no one should be treated the way we were. i wish i got this women’s name because she should not be able to work in an environment to treat all people the same.

I had great customer service from a young lady by the name of Lakita or I think it was Laquita. Her customer service was top notch. The food was hot and the tacos were crunchy!
Service is lackluster, but they have funny nightshift workers, had one introduce me to the Dirty Baja.
