I swear, ever since I spent just about 10 minutes in your guys's drive-thru the inside of my car has retained the smell of sewage. I was just there to drive a delivery. two weeks ago! I didn't catch a hint of this smell, right up until I was in your guys' proximity. Whatever the reason, I can't help but associate that smell with this Taco Bell.

I have came to this taco bell multiple times in spearfish sd since 2018 and today Sunday Dec 7th has been the worst. The food is always good and hot what is good, but the service is terrible there was 3 people in front of me to pay, I already had paid got my food but never got my drink cups me and all those people standing in front of me waited for at least 10-15 minutes while multiple walked by them didn't stop once very disappointed today.

I gave a 1 star for everything as it won't let me give no stars. Messed up my order and gave me smashed taco shells, dirty tables and floors. Service has gone down hill in this place. Won't recommend this taco bell to anyone. Maybe one day they will fix these issues to go along with the new remodel

The staff working the night of Deadweird did a phenomenal job carrying out orders and continuing to be positive at 3AM were amazing!!! The cashier was extremely positive and kind with our order!!

The newness of the new Taco Bell wore off, but the staff aren’t up to par. There was only 2 people in the drive through and not many in the store. My family and I decided “why not” and went inside to see the remodel. Big mistake. We ordered, sat down and did not know it would take an hour. When my husband went to ask what was taking so long the manger rudely said they could either refund him or make our order. Since we waited so long, we ended up just taking our food to go. Also a mistake, the order was not right. Overall, unless you have an hour or so to waste, just don’t go inside.

Absolutely slow. Used to have good service but now it sucks, waited over an hour for my food, taking their sweet time making food. They just need a whole new crew to actually work.

We ordered our food inside and after waiting 30 minutes my husband asked how much longer our food would be. They hadn't even started it because they had 1 person working that line and we were told they were doing the door dash orders first. We asked for our money back and nobody even apologized for our time or anything. I understand being busy and short-handed but I don't think it's an excuse to ignore your other customers.

We typically stop at this Taco Bell when we’re passing through, because the one where we’re from is terrible. This location always has great food and service! But today was by far the best Taco Bell we’ve ever had! Great job at continuing to improve and be amazing!

This store has been closed for over 2 weeks for their remodel - we can see someone claims bad service 20 hours prior to this, but it’s simply not true as the store is not open….

The Tacos were good. My granddaughters cheese quesadilla was so SPICY she couldn't eat it! I asked what they put on it and the girl said regular cheese and jalapeño cheese sauce, and if I didn't like it, I needed to ask then to leave it off! We've never had one with the spicy sauce on it before. She never offered to make another one without the sauce. Very disappointing customer service.

I waited in the drive through line for 40 minutes just to order. The line is so long that some of the cars are waiting on the highway. 2 of the employees causally walk in from the parking lot after 15 minutes and 1 walk in from the parking lot after 30 minutes of all of us waiting in the line. There are at least 4 employees inside yet the line barely moved. The last employee that came out from the parking lot looked high on drugs. Extremely unprofessional. For Taco Bell corporate, this is 7/3/2025 night around 11:45pm to 00:30am.
