Overall: 3.9/5 [take out] --- The Cup is a thoughtfully designed boba shop with adorable wall art that always makes me smile. There's plenty of seating both downstairs and on the main floor, plus a separate room that's perfect for anyone looking to work or study.
It looked like only one person was working, so we waited a few minutes until someone came to take our order. She prepared our drink right away, and we had them within five minutes.
Creme Brulee Matcha ($6.50) + Tapioca Boba ($0.50): We opted for oat milk which didn't affect the flavor. The drink was good and not too sweet, though I wish the matcha flavor were a bit stronger. Take your time mixing it well, as the creme requires a little effort to blend smoothly. The boba had a nice, soft, and chewy texture, though it wasn't flavored.

The mango fruit tea was good! I just kind of wished there was a bit more mango pieces in the drink. Also, the boba balls were chewy on the outside but not so much in the center. Other than that, I tried a few boba tea places in South Dakota, and none of them tasted as good as this one. Nice staff and cute cafe!

Took my children for a treat since it’s a hot summer, we were the only customers there. Just a second after we received our drinks I went to grab the one with the dome lid and it went flying to the floor. I then saw the lady working duck down and preceded to hide from us. I asked my son to go ask for a mop, and the lady denied one. He asked again and denied, then when I was struggling to get it all picked up, I asked for a mop myself and the lady angrily said “we only have a rag!” As I was trying to soak and pick it up with the rag, but was struggling I then again said “are you sure there is no mop?” The female worker proceeded to angrily say “we have a mop, I will just do it myself!” I tried to tell her it was me the adult who dropped it and the lid was just loose. I feel like she maybe had an issue thinking my child dropped the drink, but I had no idea the dome lid was ill fitting. Just not a great experience at all. No apologies or even care for the incident.

Im honestly surprise they have this nice of a boba shop in rural south dakota. The interior was very inviting and makes for a great hangout spot.
They have a wide assortment of toppings to choose from. Their milk teas come with free boba! I found the milk tea to be a bit too floral for my liking but it was decent.

The food and drinks were amazing! And I loved the place it was really pretty and felt very safe. Definitely 10/10 loved it would recommend!

By the way, this is the so-called "large-sized" Boba tea with almost half of the cup empty and the staff said that space belongs to the ice I chose not to add. Very inspiring business model and sorry for McDonald's for losing tons of money not doing the same thing. Funny that the staff did not give me the refund for the ice I chose not to add.
