Emily was so sweet, and helpful. Literally so indecisive here and she was so sweet!! I love when the people make the experience so good, not to mention the drinks were bussin as always🤌🏽🤌🏽

Probably the best smoothies I have tried! They are so fresh and light and they are still so yummy. We had an order of about 10 smoothies and the young lady was very fast and did amazing!

This is clearly is a very busy location, When I arrived they were Serving a Bus load of college students.
Even though that was The case I still received my meal in a timely manner along with a friendly atmosphere.
The best Tropical Smoothie cafe location I've ever visited. Thanks, yall. God bless

The prices were a little ridiculous and staff weren't the most professional while being on their phones, sitting on the drive thru window step, and with some gossip-like entertainment about someone cheating! Our smoothies did come out very quickly and we're good though!

Smoothies aren’t blended if you order via the app and don’t tip! All drinks had numerous ice chunks, some also had whole oats, globs of peanut butter and banana slices in the bottom of our cups… could not use a straw to consume, so $10+ smoothies aren’t viable because staff expects a tip for a pickup order? We don’t interact with staff via online ordering drinks, flat breads, salads and/or bowls, and we walk in to collect our orders; what service are you providing that earns additional compensation?
Absolutely expect to be passed the handheld card reader in the drive thru also to pay a tip! The push from the staff for tipping here is RIDICULOUS, but now to the point that smoothies won’t be blended?! Once or twice, MAYBE a coincidence, but not this many times now! I’ll happily take the family to Good Earth, Green Bean, and Blackbird Espesso for bowls or even visit Common Grounds, City Brew or Starbucks for my smoothies in Spearfish from now on; several other options available, all very nearby.

Every person working this shift (June 2nd, ~11 am) was so nice and I appreciate the kindness and speed even though it got quite busy. Cora took my order and she was very nice :) didn’t get any other names but everyone here was welcoming and kind. Best tropical smoothie I’ve been to :)

I'm up here for 8 weeks with business and go everyday before going to work. It's a great place, staff is always so friendly and great. I use to own something like this almost identical and miss my smoothies.

I stood at the register for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order while everyone was gossiping in the corner. And also got a lot of attitude from the person that helped me.

I go here daily and never have had any issues !!!
