I went to this Subway today and honestly left disappointed. I’ve been a manager in fast food for years, so I know what real customer service looks like, and this wasn’t it.
I was being friendly and joking around like I usually do, and the guy making my food immediately shut me down with a sarcastic, “Wow, I didn’t know these veggies were so funny.” The whole vibe died right there. He seemed annoyed and overly serious, like he didn’t want to be there at all.
Life gets hard. We all work jobs we don’t love sometimes just to pay the bills. But if you don't stop and take a look around once in a while, you’ll never enjoy your life, even if that life currently means working at Subway. There’s no reason to treat customers like they’re a problem.
For context, I ordered around 1:20 PM, in case the GM or owner reads these and wants to know who was on shift.
The woman working was awesome, genuinely friendly and great to talk to. She’s the only reason this review isn’t even lower.
And after reading other reviews mentioning people getting sick from this location… that doesn’t make me want to come back any more than I already didn’t.
Overall, because of the attitude and the concerns others have raised, I won’t be returning. -Malachi Sifuentes

Can someone PLEASE teach Quenton proper handwashing techniques and food safety requirements? He was eating, then put gloves on without washing his hands, and touched his face and mouth with the gloves multiple times while making a sandwich.

Beware of the subway here. The workers seemed off, as in like they didn't want to be there serving people. The sandwich was ok but the tomatoes seemed too ripe. I ate it anyways. 5 hrs later my stomach was churning. BEWARE!!!

Stopped in to get a sub, waited for 5 minutes, then the associates looked at me and said sorry sir the customer in front of you is our last customer. No one behind me can't make 1 more. Nope. Well, it looks like I probably would have got diarrhea if they had made my sub. I will never be back unless I get an apology.

Horrible service. We got here at 8:05pm and while the store does not close until 10pm, this lady says that they are about to close. She acted like we were inconveniencing her by ordering. She was cleaning the floors and never washed her hands and came to start serving food. I told her that was disgusting and she should wash her hands. She stated that it was her last day and she didn’t have to. I then asked her what her name was and she said she didn’t have to tell me and that she was the manager. Horrible and disgusting.

Staff had to be told not to put bad tomatoes on sandwiches asked for white bread they gave me old hard cheese bread instead.
