I tried placing my order online twice before calling. When I finally called, an employee informed me the website was down. I had to place my order over the phone and apparently that made the cost of two large pizzas (for delivery) go up nearly $20. I explained my frustration to the employee who just said I can try again later. I had already been attempting to place my order online for 40 minutes! He then asked if I wanted to add on the tip before the pizza is delvered so I added 25%. However, when my pizza arrived one of them had slid around in the vehicle and half of it was ontop of the other half. I'm incredibly frustrated with this experience and sadly will not be ordering from here again.

We ordered a taco pizza (with chicken), excellent pizza except they forgot to add the chicken to it. Did not notice until we got home and started to eat, but it was good enough it wasn't worth taking it back. We understand that any place gets busy and accidents happen. Once again, would go back to the same place and order the same pizza, would just check before I left (there was such a overflow of other ingredients we wouldn't have been able to tell that there was no chicken, as it was.) Would recommend

I had pretty much given up on Pizza Hut but this is one of the last Pizza Huts that still makes great food (like you remember). If great food isn't enough they have great service as well, rare in today's world! Always consistently good food and great staff that are friendly and work hard.
