The Tyndall Bakery has the best donuts I’ve ever had. The very best! And I’ve been eating donuts ever since I began delivering the Detroit Free Press in northern Michigan beginning at age nine. Their coffee was not good however and they had no cream. But the donuts, oh my god.

Very quaint place. Very kind owners. Got a chocolate frosted donut and chocolate chip cookies. Both very delicious. Worth the drive!
