customer service. how to use headset for drive thru. fresher food. almost cold food that I had to wait for. Noone in front of me
Decided to give Burger King another try since hearing of new management. Wasn’t feeling well, so I took the risk of ordering on DoorDash. They gave me what looks like a single jr. bacon cheeseburger instead of the bacon double cheeseburger that I paid for. The fries were over salted, and the coke was flat. Considering BK charges a $3.99 delivery fee on DD, they should have better quality assurance. It would also be great if they could pick up the phone to make things right.
Absolute worst service I've ever had. There were 4 of us sitting in the drive thru for over 10 minutes with NO acknowledgement of any kind. No matter how busy take the time to at least say be right with you. How disappointing and unprofessional. 0 stars absolutely do not recommend.

Burger King provides great service, with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. Burgers are typically hot and fresh, and the staff works efficiently to get food ready quickly. The interior has a nice aura. The general manager is super sweet and friendly. However, the bathroom needs a lot of help.
