Don't bother it's the worst bk in the area. Never has condiments for food. One of my orders had ranch explode all over my food when I never asked for ranch. Also order hi-c online and they don't even carry that flavor..

The employee was very polite. Paid 25.00 for 2 Whopper meals. Fries were hot the whoppers were cold , cheese wasn't even melted. I guess after waiting for about 5 minutes we were expecting hot fresh food. Very disappointing.

Drive through guy extremely unprofessional. The wait was terrible. Then forgot part of the order. I wouldn't be on here rating this if this was an isolated incident. It's not. We hardly ever go there but every time we do our hopes are let down. I even went there one time and they said they ran out of beef. How the hell does that happen? It's time to shut down. Skeleton crews don't work.

Always a bad experience. I’ve ordered here twice, off the app for a pick up, and they’re 0 for 2 on my order. Both times, asked for no Mayo only to have it included. Waste of money, they’re not checking the order properly at all it seems.

Sat in drive thru for almost 20 mins. Get home the food wasn't done correctly like I had asked. Try giving them a call nobody answers the phone.

College town was busy specifically on Moving in day. But this manager at burgers was rude, they took the order than said hold up, let us sit for 5 minutes didn't get back to us. We drove to windows wondering what hold up. She rudely said " when I told you to hold up that means wait" we just lost because waiting for what why no one said anything but let us sit in the middle of drive through. 8-23-93 bad manger un train

Slowest service for any “fast food” every time I drive up they respond with “I’ll be right with you” if you aren’t ready for me don’t say anything
