Ordered online order and was having trouble figuring out when they would come/thought it was taking quite a while. DJ picked up and was so cander and friendly. Told me exactly the time left on the pizza and assured me on the status. Great employee, had such a nice tone on the phone. Omg the customer service. Whoever was the manager at dominos on friday feb 21, 2025 at vermillion, deserves a promotion please.
So, calm on a busy friday night. An employee messed up my order, causing double card transaction. And final order to be cancelled because it was invalid for some reason. He took time to patiently listen and sort out my issues and addressed it despite the super hectic situation there !!

Usually I'm happy with the pizzas. Today it went from 5 stars to 1 star. Got an all meat pizza like normal. It looked like a 1 topping pizza. Horrific. So bad that my dog that normally looks forward to an all meat pizza, wouldn't eat it. It's like every single place in this town has went downhill with the food. Not going to waste my money anymore!

Pros: Titan & Tyler were very patient and explained the whole ordering process for me to make sure I got the best value for my money. In 15 mins, my pizza was served.Cons: If you're on a bike and you've ordered a medium or large pizza, the plastic bags are too small to hang from your handlebars. Larger plastic bags would solve this problem.
