I love this place because of how tasty they are but if they are even slightly busy be prepared to wait 15+ minutes for your order.Tapingo isn’t much better, if the app says your food is ready chances are you still have to wait 10 minutes.Great food. But horrible wait times. Hopefully they change their service times soon.

I do enjoy there food but staff is extremely slow and a least one thing is broken or not in stock everytime I stop in. I wanted to try the new cheesy hashbrown bagel and the first time was told we are not making them today. Then the second time they had them but refused to toast the bagel. Then today i go to get my breakfast and they have this on the door. A sign saying the cooler is broke will be open on Monday.

It's ok by midwestern standards, but as a New York "expat" I knbow a good bagel. You can only get a good bagel in New York or New Jersey. This is passable- but it ain't New Yawk! ;-)

The only reason I go here is because sometimes I want a bagel and I'm stuck on campus due to meetings. The services is ridiculously slow even if no one is there. Be prepared to feed extra quarters to the meter because you will certainly be waiting. Went with my husband the other morning and even though FIVE PEOPLE were working not a single one acknowledged us for several minutes and there was only one other customer. Also everyone who works there makes it seem like a chore to do their job and hand you a bagel. At this point I pray that a Panera or a Dunkin' or literally any other fast coffee shop moves into Vermillion to save me from needing to get bagels here.

I gave it 4 stars . . . for Vermillion. They have the best bagels in town and the location is convenient if you are a student or work at the University (if not, parking may be a bit tricky). They're not full sized so they don't have the range of options you'd get at other Einstein locations. That means that they don't necessarily honor coupons and deals that you could use at other locations. They get pretty crowded when the semester is in session but they generally deal with the line as quickly as can be expected. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

The staff here is what makes this a great location. Coffee was hot albeit a dollar and a half more than across the street but it's the convenience that you are paying for.
