Came with my boyfriend for a lunch date on our day off. We were the only ones there for 90% of our visit. The server, I don’t remember her name, was one of the nicest servers I’ve ever had in Vermilion. Great entrees, and the churro cheesecake was by far one of the best cheesecakes I have ever had. We had a wonderful experience last evening at El Fredo's. Things got off to a slightly rocky start when I spilled a large lemonade across the table as my brother was about to place his order, but the abundantly kind waitress dealt with the situation like a pro. (Imagine our initial confusion, followed by mild astonishment, when we learned her twin sister worked there as well!).
Shortly afterward, my brother asked our waitress to place a candle upon whatever my dad ordered...
The crust had that great blend of crispy and chewy. The toppings and cheese were good. The sauce was unlike any pizza I can recall having before. Sort of sweet, with a bit of spice to it.I got the All American, my daughter got cheese pizza, and my wife had baked spaghetti. Everyone liked their meal.The price I thought was a little on the high side but the food and service were good.It's not a pizza I would get all the time, but it's a little different and it was good....
