I want to briefly share my thoughts about Troy who is in the meat department or deli. I spoke with Troy earlier today about an online order that I was trying to place and have delivered. I was having a bit of trouble placing the order for delivery and Troy told me that he would ensure that it was taken care of. He was aware that these food trays were for two families that had an unexpected loss of a family member. On his own accord Troy called me back later this afternoon asking if I was able to place the orders. I told him I was and he asked when I would like them delivered? I told him that I was hoping to get them delivered tomorrow but that the only option online was for Thursday afternoon delivery. Without hesitation told me don't worry about it, I'll take care of it and personally ensure that they are both delivered tomorrow morning. He went way out of his way knowing that this was a difficult time for the families to make sure that these food trays will be delivered tomorrow morning. I can't tell you how much I appreciate his extra effort. He is a real asset to your company. Thanks Troy for going above and beyond. Chris, San Antonio Texas

VERY disgusting when I'm willing to wait for fresh item to be cooked by Chinese Department only to have the fresh item in a pan that contained old item. Along with using utensils that were caked on to try to serve me the fresh item. That alone violates health, safety, and ethics. If I would have recorded that your operations would have halted. Seriously if you food service employees haven't (or weren't) been trained, that down right appalling. I strongly suggest that your employees care more about customers as this shows they don't. I have YET to see any EMPLOYEE of your use crusty utensils on their OWN food!

I no longer have medical insurance since I lost my job. I needed to.pick up a three month supply of medication. Over the phone the pharmacist said she would apply a discount. I didn't ask about any discount. She offered on her own. I was able to afford the medication. What a helpful and kind gesture! Thank you Vermillion Hy-Vee!!

I purchase full rack of pork ribs. They were great, very tender had a great taste. And the egg drop soup is delicious .

I picked up flowers that my daughter ordered for mother's day. They were a day late and the flowers did not come in a vase. She paid $40 for a extremely small bouquet of carnations and daisies. Many stems were broken. What a disappointment.

Pretty typical Hy Vee from my experience. From the outside it looks like quite a dump but the inside seemed fairly updated and I really only stopped for the Starbucks. Overall they seemed to have everything else of a typically Hy Vee.
