jimmy johns sandwiches are pretty good, but if you have any problems with your order there's no easy way to contact them in their app. you can call, and get store credit that you can only use if you call them again during your next order

I ordered the sandwich i always do and they usually get it right. i ordered online and got the #9 italian and take off onions and add cucumber. i got it through drive through. and the sandwich i got was completely wrong. only ham on it they somehow added roast beef and mustard and did not have the other meat that was supposed to be on it. i ordered online i’m not sure how they messed up so bad. i didn’t realize until i got home. and the thing is this has happened before. i don’t have many good experiences with this jimmy johns. i am very disappointed.

The person at the counter taking orders clearly needs to work on their listening and communication skills as both sandwiches we ordered were wrong. Mine was supposed to have added onion and pickles, removed tomato and mayo. I cannot stand mayo and it was as if they added EXTRA mayo. The second sandwich we were asked if we wanted everything on it and we said yes as it comes. We got a sandwich with everything that comes on it standard, plus all the added on extra freebies. What a nasty weird combo. Of course these were ordered to go and we didn't see these errors until we were at home, over 30 minutes away. At this point, it would have been more worth it to go to subway. At least they listen to what you tell them and make it right in front of you so there aren't these crazy stupid mistakes.

1308 Aug. 9th awesome service and quicker than about reading this! Guys waiting on me were freaking awesome! Great sandwich! Italian with a little spice! Once again about the young men behind the counter, they brightened the day with there attitudes! Very clean and temp inside was nice

I’ve always loved Jimmy John’s and I’ve been going to this location for the last 6 years, but some has changed. I used to be able to stop here for a quick lunch, now I avoid this place like the plague unless I have 30-40mins to burn. They are so incredibly slow! don’t come here over lunch or you’ll end up back to work super late. The last 4 times I’ve been here I’ve burned roughly 2 hours just waiting, mind you I order ahead and there have only been one or two cars in line. Ridiculous.
I ordered the #17 on Wheat and 3 of the last 5 times they have gotten the bread wrong. Sometimes slow is fast.

Very disappointing. I ordered on the app, and asked to add pickles, extra peppers, cucumbers, no lettuce...... a few other things and I got a sandwich with lettuce, onions, and mayo. The meat and cheese was correct but the only other thing I asked for, that I got was onions. Of course, I was at home and not able to go back out once I discovered the error.
