Place was leaking, unsafe to walk with slippery floors. Tables were not cleaned and employees sitting in the dining room on their phones. No regard for customers, service, or cleanliness and safety.

It still baffles me that people still have issues with hitting buttons correctly and following a prompt. I guess I can't ask too much out of mccdonald workers.

Absolutely horrid, states it closes at 10 for lobby but they always lock you out elway earlier, Wednesday 7/23 9:50pm had an order placed online and was at the door and it was locked, called and knocked for more than 10 minutes as well as waved at 2 employees, one of which acknowledged me and then ignored me. Been going here for years but for obvious reasons haven't been going much at all lately, food has also been going down in quality, used to love a spicy mcrispy and now I refuse to touch them because they are always rubbery or undercooked (it could just be an evening shift thing as I go between 3-10) larger burgers are still pink in the middle 90% of the time. I've had to stop eating there mostly, not because I wanted to stop, but because they are not anywhere near as good as they were just last year

Absolutely appalled with the service I received on my daughter’s birthday. Have given this store great reviews in the past but today was horrible. Tried to place a mobile order and the app was saying the store had technical difficulties, pulled up to the window and someone tried to help, but no resolution. I said I would just order the food normally but they rudely told me I would have to drive back around and couldn’t take my order. Had children in the car so this was less than ideal. Very out of character for this store, but had to share the experience.

Staff seemed stressed and rushed and they kept selecting orders as finished as soon as they were entered so nothing was properly displayed on the now serving board. I witnessed lots of messed up orders due to the disorganization. Manager was very hot tempered and rude to her staff, would hate to work for a woman like that. Staff did their best to keep and so kudos to them, manager needs to do better.
