Went in to order. Used Kiosk. Said to go to counter to pay but nobody came to counter. Understaffed. So went through drive up. Coffee was lukewarm. They poured ahead of time and sitting there with out a lid.

I was just picking up a door dash when I got bombarded with absolute rudeness and complete unperfessionalism in every way, especially for a manager. As I waited she was was extremely rude to her employees, screaming at them even when it wasn't loud in the store, she also preceeded to not only give them snotty remarks she then proceeded to be very rude, unperfessional, and snotty to me upon trying to pick up the door dash. I've been told by multiple people who work here different things on picking up door dash, when I then, respectfully, mentioned this, she became even more rude, and snotty towards me. I then repeated the problem again and she basically yelled at me and says 'I'm The Manager and blah blah.' Like excuse me for bringing a problem like this to your attention. I don't see why any company could benefit from a total unprofessional and extremely rude person, let alone a Manager like this. I feel absolute horrible that employees are left with this monstrosity of a Manager let alone another employee. Very VERY UNPERFESSIONAL.

Go at your own risk. i placed a mobile order which disappeared on the app upon pickup. it showed up in our recent orders in the app, took the deal that i used off, took money out of my account, and gave me a payment receipt but was denied the order because “it didnt show up on their end” be careful ordering before they take your money :)

Had pretty alright experiences but this one was worth mentioning, when i asked for ketchup the drive through worker handed me a giant handful of sticky ketchup covered packets. Made me really nauseous when his sticky hand plopped the sticky into my hand... :(

Pretty nice food, wonderful ambience, fast WiFi and lots of soda to drink. We had a little incident, our drink poured in the presence of a worker who was sitting just across but he turned away and didn't help us clean up. We did clean up eventually by ourselves. Thought it'd have been nice of him to help.

Walk in the door to manager yelling at someone in training corporate needs to look in to this place I’d walk out on this management if that was me VARY VARY UNPROFESSIONAL crazy how ppl in fast food are treated
