Quit saying you’re open 24/7 if you’re not. Also turn off the hours on the app so people don’t place orders after getting off from work at 2am and being severely disappointed and having to fight to get a refund. Very frustrating.

This place used to be good but seems to have really gone downhill. Today I was in buying food and the manager seems to have a severe attitude problem. Workers was talking bad about customers, and they tried to charge me 30 cents a ranch packet even after I already said I wanted them on the app. How stupid to charge for 2 ranch packets even after I already paid for the meal and paid for them on the app.

I could go on, but don't use the mobile app unless you want to be blamed for their system not working. The manager told me I should learn how to use it before I make an order next time while I held up receipt and payment taken. Everyone was angry at each other and yelling for no reason on the line. The manager was a nasty piece of work.

I ordered two sandwiches but only got one. I got back to my place and realized, so I called in, I thought I was being cordial, but apparently not because I was hung up on. When I called back, I tried to explain the situation again and she said she was just really busy and didn't have time to talk on the phone. Honestly I'm really disappointed, I really just wanted my other sandwich :(

There's one person who works there who's always high on something and it's so clear. I'm not sure her name, but she's gotten my order wrong every single time because she's so out of it. Otherwise the food is good it tastes like every other McDonald's. The workers other than that particular one are awesome and pretty friendly. I hate the robot at the ordering screen though. Wish it was still people because she never understands what I'm trying to say and then I have to reorder at the window.

I waited in line for 20 minutes in the drive thru with noresponse. To the point we're there were cars out into the street in line and no one in the actual drive thru.
