Food was okay. Chicken was flavorless. Corn was obviously canned. Been coming here for 2 years and always got the veteran discount for my husband now suddenly requested his kilitary id which he jasnt had since the 90s. Lady was rude and made us feel so out of place

I love pizza ranch. had never been at this location and was hopin it would b good and yall delivered. last time I was there this young man was working the front and he was hustlin. I think his name was Gary or Gabe or somethin can't recall what his name tag said. he's a good worker and so are the rest of the crew. looking forward to comin back

Waited 10 minutes to pay because employees were chatting in the back. Pizza was hours old (breakfast pizza at 5:00, anyone?) When they got out new pizza, it was raw in the middle.
On the bright side, the June Christmas decorations were special.

It was $17.50 for a single to eat on a Tuesday. I think it's high, but the food was good and lots of it. I think they were very busy and the poor manager had only two employees helping him. He was swamped. Poor guy needs a raise. Pizza Ranch, you'd better pay your people!

Failed to deliver after an hour and a half because they misplaced my order. then thought I could wait another 1/2 and hour which would have been 2:30 in the afternoon. I canceled. Customer service is not good.

At this visit the buffet was sadly lacking in any and all food. Very few workers were seen. It was Mothers Day so expected there to be food on the buffet. There were only a handful of people in the restaurant. We find Pizza Ranch to be hit or miss when it comes to having a good experience.
Pizza Ranch was very busy and lots of school people were there today and we had gotten there right before them. They handled it as pros. Very accommodating and everyone had smiles. Food was very good.

I just used one of the golf simulators. They are very nice and the bays are large and roomy! Definitely going again!

This was the poorest choice we ever made! Have eaten at several Pizza Ranches but this was terrible. Got there at noon. Buffet was nearly empty, still had breakfast but waffles & biscuits were hard, maybe 'a' pizza out, no breadstick either. But we not slack on dessert pizza & cookies. Ordered 2 pizzas & got 1 about an hour later and never did get the other one. No chicken today but never told us anything. On the plus side after 1 1/2 hrs we talked to someone with authority and got our money back and some coupons that run out Jan 31st🫤 But we probably won't go back there.
