We arrived at about 5. Waited to pay about five minutes. The pizzas on the Buffett where probably all from lunch. The chicken wasn't bad and the mashed potatoes were okay. Then more and more people came in and there were no more glasses for beverages, No forks. No cups for ice cream. Four bottles of ranch dressing with none in them. Then when the rush came in the Buffett was empty for awhile. Then they brought out pizzas that where mostly pepperoni. Used to be the best Pizza Ranch in the area but this was a bad experience.

There servers don’t pick up plates they don’t stop to ask how your food is and I tried to talk to one of them and they walked away the food there was old over all worst pizza ranch I’ve gone to in my life plz fix your problems are get a new manager worst 50$ I’ve

You could see pizza had been sitting a long time, chicken was also old, and not very warm. Before we left they put out fresh chicken and 1 new pizza, but left the others. Our other times there were great, if this was my first time, would not come back. Very disappointing!!!

Husband and I love the food. Always get great customer service. Great place to take the kids due to the variety of choices.Vegetarian options: Salad bar is full of options. The staff can make a veggie pizza at your request.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of food options for the kids. There is also an arcade in the back for the kids to play. There is a cost for the arcade depending on what you play.

The fun zone is Always a good time, it's literally the ONLY thing to do in Vermillion SD.!. Thank goodness for them.!!. Seriously.Parking: Lots of free parking spots right outside the front, south side, and south west side/ back of building.Kid-friendliness: There's quite a few neat arcade/ carnival style games, for younger and older kids & or adults as well.!. :)

Great Pizza Ranch location - my son prefers going to this location as opposed to the Sioux City locations. They have a great (very large) arcade. Arcade area is always nice and clean. Occasionally some of the games are broken down, but they are frequently servicing them while we have been there. They’ve even re-arranged and added new arcade games recently. They even have virtual golf and a fully stocked bar for grown ups. Food is always great, no complaints there! We love that we can request a pizza to be added to the buffet.

This place had great customer service. Fixed us a special pizza to add to the salad bar. It was delicious, as was the whole food bar. All employees we dealt with were very professional and aimed to please.
