I have loved this restaurant since I was a kid and it was called Chase's. Food is amazing. My favorite is Bulgogi and Chop chae!

Very disappointed. Always changing from pick up only to sometimes in dining. Not consistent. Drove 35 miles 3 different times to either closed for extended vacation and pick up only. Very disappointed. Will not waste my time driving to try them again.

Underdog place to get the best Lo Mein. I loved the food despite being a bit expensive.

Pretty good food, big portions, nice service. But the pad thai tastes like pepperoni.

Open air cafe, great food. Pizza, wraps, with south and central Asian influence. Good vegetarian options.

Vegetarian options: Not vegan, but good vegetarian options.

I have been eating at Silk Road for over 15 years. Throughout that time I’ve traveled across the world and can confidently say it is the best Asian food I’ve ever had. I recommend the Egg Rolls, Sweet and Sour pork, and beef and broccoli lo mein. I hope it’s open for forever!

Silk Road used to be my favorite restaurant. I still enjoy the food, but can no longer tolerate the poor customer service. This review is not based on a single experience, but rather a dozen encounters over the course of a couple years. Even mid-afternoon the restaurant seems short of staff. It has become standard to immediately place a customer on a long hold when receiving a call for take out. Orders placed closer to normal meal times can be delayed up to 3 hours. Customers may wait 15 minutes or more just to pay their bill. For these reasons I no longer frequent Silk Road.
