I love this Starbucks and the kind employees that work so hard here! I have come here nearly every day since opening and have never had a bad experience. Whoever has written negative things about this Starbucks and its employees must have been a difficult customer because everyone has been kind and friendly to me and they work hard here! ❤️
I am lactose intolerant and even though I paid extra for soy milk they still used regular 2%. Switching to caribou since they can actually follow a simple coffee order and express empathy for those who are unable to consume dairy products.
I was at Starbuck's last week and ordered a Venti Chai Latté, extra hot. There was very little flavor. Honestly, it tasted like hot sugar water. If there was any milk in it at all, the amount was negligible. It tasted like watered down concentrate. This has happened at the other Vermillion location as well. Very disappointing.There were a lot of flies in the building as well, and it could use a good cleaning. Yes, it is the season for flies to come in, but maybe someone...
