I went through drive threw today and I ordered a number 1 combo medium size with a diet mountain dew ... didnt get diet I got regular and im a diabetic so not like I can drink regular , unfortunately I didnt notice till after I had left town

It, was absolutely horrible, our server was impatient with us ,cuz our order took a little longer cuz of our handicapped son, plus we didn't get everything we ordered, and what we did get was so oversauced that it made the burritos inedible, my meat and potato one had no potato and my steak griller was filled with hunks of meat that had so much grissel and so much sauce it was inedible, WE ,WILL NEVER EAT THEIR AGAIN....I do not recommend this place to anyone , some people may not have any issues , but we certainly did , it's like they didn't care , u couldn't even eat the burritos with 2 hands, u literally had to use a fork because it had so much sauce ...yuck this is not what we ordered and definitely did not appreciate the impatient server Travis J, and quality of food and services that we received and no napkins ..ugh..we were from out of state just passing through on our way back home ,..or else I would have turned around ...we just through it in garbage because that's where it belonged along with the quality and service...good luck to the rest of anyone who dares to eat there ..I hope your experience will be better than ours ...be cautious though cuz apparently if u have a handicapped child like we do and it takes u an Xtra few minutes to order , u might get the same type of service we got ....best of luck

Good quality fast food restaurant. Love me a meat and potato burrito with a side of Oles with nacho cheese and sour cream. Knocked off 2 stars because quality has suffered over the years and prices went from on par with competitors like Taco Bell to very expensive and wallet draining.
Came in later at night and ordered a steak escape sub. Order took a while but they let us know before hand. Good food!

Don’t ask what comes in a product in the drive thru. Asking for allergy purposes and the guy was mumbling so we asked to clarify what he said and he’s like “what did you think I said?” How rude. So don’t ask about the contents of food. Miss when menus listed out what was in items so you didn’t have to ask
Additionally, they constantly interrupt you and don’t let you finish your order before they tell you your total and to come to the window. Went last night (Sunday 10/13 around 9pm) and the guy wouldn’t even let me finish my order and then when I got to the window I asked if I could finish placing my order and he said “no you take too long to order”. I was in the passenger seat and I couldn’t order until my boyfriend was done ordering, how rude. Never coming back because the service is so crap at night. Food was made incorrectly as well. How hard is it to make a chicken quesadilla with chicken on all of it instead of just half? Absolutely ridiculous

Constantly getting order incorrect and forgetting items, unprofessional staff and just plain slow, Inconsistent in portions making it a ripoff. Here's is the tiniest difference from a Jr and a regular breakfast burrito, both closer to the proper size of a junior
