I've been coming here as a local for almost 2 years now. The place is wonderful for all ages and types. The baristas are all great. This place is the 3rd or 4th coffee place founded in this spot trying to make it. I really hope this one pulls through because from the Rooster to The Bean this has been my favorite. The drinks are priced a bit high, but they are very generous about flavorings and customization. Ive gotten the same drink from Starbucks and it tasted watery. Its fantastic for a place to study with the upstairs section dedicated to quiet. So students, readers, and business people alike can work in peace. The atmosphere is amazing and I love this place. I stop by semi weekly before work or after work. I try to alot some of my paycheck to let myself come by. The cookies are massive. The bagels are enormous and that is a big positive! The cream cheese is a little expensive, and I'd think 2 dollars would be more fair. But the service and the place is worth that bit of extra cash for a lunch bagel and an awesome coffee. I've made my home in this one corner no one sits in because the wifi gets spotty there. It's so nice. I've written poems in this place. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere is great, coffee isn’t bad but the WiFi is terrible, not a good place to study/work if you are trying to.

Go to cafe Brule. Skip this one. I went here for cow and spoon ice cream. The ice cream was ok. I also got a hot chocolate and a strawberry bagel. The bagel looked good. Sounded good. But tasted like a plain bagel. Only two choices of cream cheese. The hot chocolate tasted like watered down coffee. The attendant did not offer me a spoon for the ice cream, so I used a knife to eat the ice cream. The price was adsurb.

I visited the coffee shop twice for coffee on weekends. The ambience of the place was pleasant and the service very friendly. However, on both occasions I found the coffee to be subpar in terms of taste and presentation. I ordered decaf oat milk latte with an extra shot of espresso on both occasions and on both occasions, the coffee taste didn’t come through well enough. On both occasions, the coffee was presented in disposable takeaway cups, when I actually expected them to be served in ceramic cups, since I didn’t ask for a takeaway and I seated myself in one of the chairs. Overall, I was disappointed by the insipidness of the coffee more than anything else - the coffee was not any better than one from a large chain.

I'm in town about once a year, and this is always my go to coffee place. Great coffee, comfortable atmosphere, and the staff and owner are always friendly. Wonderful spot whether you want to grab a coffee and go, or hang out for a while to work.

Cute little coffee shop in the downtown area. Relaxed, quiet vibe. Barista was friendly and helpful. Their iced coconut breve was so good!

The barista was very friendly and efficient. The shop had good coffee house vibes. I had the quiche which was large and very flavorful and the yogurt cake was moist and delicious! Great way to start the day!

We had chai (tea) latte and white chocolate mocca. Chai is a great alternative if you don't drink caffeine. I could taste spices like cardamom and some hint of cinnamon.Mocca is a bit too sweet, so if you don't like a lot of sweet and still want to try mocca, get a 16 ounce cup!
