There is no doubt a reason turnover is extremely high due to poor management and treatment of associates.
The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. A blizzard caused dozens of folks to be stranded at the Coffee Cup and the staff have been absolutely amazing in helping everyone get comfortable for the last 3 days.
