We stopped by the drive thru one evening while staying in Wall. Service was fast, the guy at the window was friendly, food was prepared exactly as ordered and it was good. What more can you ask for? In fact, this was the best DQ we have eaten at in several years.

Was really looking forward to a good blizzard from DQ and ended up relieving the worst blizzard I’ve ever had. Came with melted ice cream spilling out the top, hardly any heath and all it tasted like was chocolate syrup. The fact that these are 6$ is unbelievable. Completely disappointed

Follow up from the older reviews much has changed for this season. Being that money is tight and keeping prices as low as possible, I'm sure the owner is doing the best as possible. It is very aged for sure.
However, if you want the classics DQ food, this is it. Friendly staff and short wait time.

First let me say that after a long day of driving and minimal options in the area, this place delivered solid food. It was ready on time, hot, and order was completed correctly. Now just let me say that the service itself was minimal at best. Staff was not what I would call friendly however as a visitor to someone else’s locality, it’s not a big deal as we were grateful for the promptness of our order.

Gross dirty got stabbed by the nails sticking out next to the seats none of the windows have an actual window seal There was layers of dust everywhere and the soda machine was old and dirty. There was also wires sticking out of the wall to be honest Ive never seen a dairy queen so horrific this one should be shut down till they make it safe for people to be in

When did DQ start charging ridiculous amounts of money for below average food? Can eat for less at a decent restaurant in Rapid City. And the service is crap too. Workers who hate their jobs and zero personalities…plus their drive up speaker is always broken and I can’t hear anything! I’m local and am ashamed at the robbery going on here! It’s DAIRY QUEEN not a steakhouse ffs!
