We had not planned on having lunch, but we had a fried chicken sandwich and onion rings. While very expensive, we enjoyed the food and it was enough for the two of us to share for lunch. The food came out quickly and was fresh and we enjoyed the atmosphere.

It’s pretty much what you’d expect in a tourist trap. We just had dessert there—ice cream. The vanilla had an unusual taste; the strawberry was great and the root beer float was also good. Seemed overpriced for what we got and a lot of hype.

Cherry pie was great, nice and tart, lots of cherries. Ice cream very good, tried the caramel swirl and coffee chip flavors. Huckleberry shake wasn’t the best, tasted a little artificial even though I was told they make the syrup on site. Was also a strange blue color.

Very good service, but very busy. Lunch and shopping in one place. Good food and plenty to choose from. Parking at a premium.

Good was good but pricey. $60 for family if three for breakfast. However, I expected this with a tourist attraction. Cafe was cute and rustic!

Full of junk souvenirs that are made in China. Lots of sales help and polite service. Lots of low-quality indigenous art. I have much more beautiful Native jewelry and art in the tourist shops in Estes Park and even the Adirondacks/ Niagara Falls

They say when your close to Wall, Check out Wall Drugs, big tourist attraction, lots of stores and a restaurant. We walked through it to say we'd been there but didn't eat or purchase anything. It's a one and done for us.. but others might enjoy it more.

We stopped here on our way home after our 24 day deep south bus trip with Nagel Bus Tours. All 40 of us had lunch here and everyone had a good lunch. It is cheap eats and had good food.I would eat there again when I stopped at Wall Drugs.

Grew up outside of Wall & memories of Wall Drug run deep. Great time with family in February- the kids loved exploring the shops- food was delicious- great to see it hasn't changed.

The food was fine. We had burgers, fries and onion rings. Nothing stood out as amazing, but it was fine. We went in winter, so the place wasn't very crowded.

It was a windy morning, so instead of going to Wakin' Bacon, which only has outdoor seating or to go, we went to Wall Drug Store Cafe. There was a line, but it moved quick. The eggs are decent enough, but the toast was cheap white bread and coffee was absolutely horrible. I think they just use Walls tap water, which is terrible. Awesome atmosphere though and the price is acceptable, but I wish we'd gone to Wakin' Bacon and brought our food back to our room.

Great family friendly atmosphere. It’s huge and they have any and everything you could ever want or need. We were there for breakfast when they open and it was very pricy for a family of 4 around $73. And it wasn’t near worth that. But I would defiantly say stop by and see it if you are passing thru
