We had not planned on having lunch, but we had a fried chicken sandwich and onion rings. While very expensive, we enjoyed the food and it was enough for the two of us to share for lunch. The food came out quickly and was fresh and we enjoyed the atmosphere.
It’s pretty much what you’d expect in a tourist trap. We just had dessert there—ice cream. The vanilla had an unusual taste; the strawberry was great and the root beer float was also good. Seemed overpriced for what we got and a lot of hype.
Cherry pie was great, nice and tart, lots of cherries. Ice cream very good, tried the caramel swirl and coffee chip flavors.\nHuckleberry shake wasn’t the best, tasted a little artificial even though I was told they make the syrup on site. Was also a strange blue color.
