We had a terrible visit 5pm 3/2/26. New waitress didn't know menu. She took our drink order then food. Not knowing what choices were allowed. Bar waitress come with 1 house salad, wrong dressing, came back with 2 house salads. shortly later cook comes with 2 meals, burger was warm, 6oz sirloin & Mashed Potato COLD, room temperature. Person with burger, Salad & F. Fries almost done eating, 1st waitress returns, I haven't checked in with you lately. I said no kidding; you can take this cold meal back. I will finish my salad. I would like my Pepsi refilled & the check. No check, we waited at the bar. Bar waitress gave a bill for what ordered. Oh no I hadn't been told food was returned. Told her we were not paying for steak dinner. No thank you sorry for your service. Do you want your change or receipt? NO. Another couple left before they got drinks. Everyone was waiting too long. No busy at 5.

Ordered the two for $25 meal. Our appetizer came out fine. Then our food came out. I had ordered the chicken parm fettuccine, which came out with penne noodles. I let that slide, but then I took a bite and it was barely warm so I sent it back. By the time they brought a new plate out to me my partner was done eating. So I spoke to the manager and told her I no longer wanted it because my partner was finished eating. Really no point in dining out if you can’t enjoy the meal together. So the manager agreed to take it off of our bill. The bill was more expensive because she charged us full price for the appetizer and his meal. Are you kidding me? Typically, you’d comp for the appetizer or something. She clearly needs more training. We will definitely not return to this place.

If you come bring your light coat. And we had the steak and mashed potatoes. The potatoes were lukewarm. I didn’t complain because I didn’t want it put in a microwave when it should have been hot in the first place. We will not be back.

I do not like to give negative reviews. It was 4th of July but this place was a disaster. From the first gal who served us then the next two after that to the food and drinks just not good. I truly hope this isn't how this place is all the time. Was brought an overflowing milkshake and no napkins. The appetizer was probably the best part of this experience.

Most disgusting Applebee's ever. You stick to everything you touch. Wasn't sure who the patrons and who the workers were with so many walking behind bar and kitchen then sitting back down. The tables that were dirty when we walked in were still dirty when we left. The buffalo wings I got must of been the bottom of the bag. Never seen pieces and crumbs served as boneless wings..wonton taco shells were all busted up just held together by the tray they're served in. The blue moon beer tasted like boiled pee. Undrinkable. The only good thing was the kid with very short bleached blonde hair was working his tail off.
You can just can't beat Applebee's it's awesome place

We had a group of 18 at 7:30pm on a Saturday night. We were at another restaurant close by and we're told it was a 40 minute wait, at least. We walked over to this Applebee's and they were instantly accommodating. We were seated in less than 5 minutes, even though they were very busy also. Service was amazing and the food was hot, fresh and delicious. Great place and we appreciated the great service!!

I am very low maintenance but this was just bad. I ordered a meal at the bar at 9pm- I was the only one at the bar. Your bartender (Daniel?- kid with hat on backwards) appears to give zero cares about his job. When he wasn't cutting fruit, he was on his phone (a lot). No refills, long delay to take an order (then says oops and just walks to his kiosk and stairs at me), no checking in ever, no refills (although said he would get one but never did), no silverware, then no condiments (he gave me the food and left before I could say a word nor did he say anything at all). Waited for a while for my bill after finishing food (and still no refill at all) so I just asked for my bill. He slaps it down and doesn't say a word.
