Last time I was here maybe it was too busy, but my service wasn't as good. Because of Micah, I came back to give a good review. He was very attentive, polite and friendly, even while training another employee. We got steak, the fiesta lime chicken and mozzarella sticks and of course a tipsy cupid or two. The drinks were delicious and food was good. I plan to come back if I can request Micah as my server!

Got Carside to go… first girl comes out claims they don’t have an order for me, then they find my order she bags it and sits it on the counter for 5 mins when I finally get it and leave I realized they didn’t give me my drinks and they put pickles on my sandwich which I said I didn’t want any
Update: they reached out almost immediately and did everything to be understanding and remedy the situation!! I raised my review slightly because of that… that’s the kind of business that I can forgive and eat there again… Thanks Applebees !!!

Food was good. The service needs some work. We waited a long time for a waitress to take our drink order. The waitresses was very friendly but possibly understaffed for the amount of customers that were there at the time we stopped by.

We had the worst waitress. We could not hear her and she only came over once after we had to get the host to get her. We were given food without utensils or napkins and the food was dropped off and they ran off before we could tell them. We then had to wait 10 minutes to track down the host to get help. He was very helpful. It took us an hour an a half to get some appetizers and pops. Food was pretty good. Then as we were getting done there were people waiting to be seated and standing right in front of our table. I got hit by their sweatshirt they were swinging around. Not a great experience.

Applebee's has very much tanked in their quality of food and service. Both burgers for my husband and myself were charred to a crisp to the point that the meat was scraping our lips as we tried eating them. We both requested that they both be pink in the middle. And my "lettuce wrap burger" had a bun on it. My child's Kids Cheesy Pizza was even burnt over the top. Both side salads looked horrible like someone just sloppily threw the ingredients in the container. This establishment needs to hire actual cooks who know what they're doing with food. If they are hard up for money and truly don't care about their customers, they should just say that. That was the most overpriced pile of garbage I have ever ordered from any restaurant in my 46 years of existence and I'm truly being nice.

We had the greatest server ? Micah, you're amazing! Thank you for being who you are and doing such a great job!
Ordered and shared an 11oz Ribeye steak. The service wait time was average. She was friendly but seemed hurried. The steak was the worst I've had in a long time. The steak was 1/3 grissle. It took a long to me to get the bill and then wait for the credit machine. Overall not great.

I got food poisoning from this place!! it was the only thing i ate yesterday which was pasta and tell me the next day im so sick. it is awful, never eating here again.

The food was good and we had an excellent waitress my only issue was when the manager rudley came out after we sent back some pretzels that was still doughy. She told us that, they were supposed to be like that. So we just cancelled the pretzels. Our waitress came and apologized for her behavior. So they need to teach her manners whwn dealing with customers

Kid-friendliness: there is music and coloring pages for the kids to keep them occupied until food arrives, which is usually fairly quick for a sit down restaurant!
