Stopped for a quick meal, turned out to be 90 min later before we were leaving. Was a Wednesday night and all you can eat wings, place was full and busy, but not overwhelming. My wife ordered endless appetizers but was never asked if she wanted more, she would have ordered a drink off the menu, but they don't display drink prices. Once we were done eating it took maybe 20 min to be able to leave, I had to put my card on the table to finally get my check.

Food over cooked waiting 50 mins from when the app said my time was suppose to be be done 30 mins between the food items hard bun cheese curds were burnt went back tried to talk to the manager. They said they were too busy. At least that’s what I got told would recommend better training or a new staff or a new cook anyways probably never eating there again

We typically come every other week. Most of the time, service is fantastic. The busier they are, the better the food, the better the service. That being said, the last three times we've come service has been ridiculously slow with or without a big group. The last time we went with a group of friends (june 1), we were there for nearly 2 hours before we got our food and only saw our waitress twice. We got 1 drink each because we never saw her again. The most recent time we did carry out. App said ready by 12:50pm. My experience has always been that the app is always incorrect and pushed way beyond the actual ready time. We got there at 12:45 to pick up and sat there until 1:10 before finally getting food. Something needs to change, or you'll lose this bi-weekly customer.

Conveniently located near Hampton Inn if you're staying there. I waited about 2 mins and nobody seated me, the host podium was empty, so I just seated myself near the bar. Overall, food was good and beer selection great. That Mango Habanero sauce on traditional wings is just what I needed. Goes well with a less spicy version of wings to offset the heat.

If I could give a negative stars I would. Sat in bar for 20 minutes never got welcomed or served at least a glass of water. Worst service for a business in the hospitality business. Left without getting any thing to eat. 😮💨

Ordered a chicken wrap to go with the new BBQ ranch sauce, no tomatoes. Had tomatoes and a Buffalo sauce... every time I order anything but wings at this location they get it wrong.

we waited like an hour for our food and by the time they came out with it the food was cold, on top of that the fries were hard as a rock and the food was so greasy. they charged me extra for fries that came as a side and wouldn’t take them off of the bill(yep the cold hard fries)

Sitting at table forever waiting on a check, like I'm already frustrated our order was wrong, I'm already frustrated we didn't get drink refills with our meals. I'm already frustrated the food comes out cold, every time I come here. I just want to leave.

i heard that the fries at buffalo wild wings were like McDonalds used to be so stopped. when arrived there was nobody to seat us so took a table after a long time a waitress came to take order and asked if this is your regular seat I said no so she gave us menu's and took long time to get back, then took drink orders and another long wait, after ordering another long wait when the food came the fries were cold but the All American Burger was excellent. The server never came back to table never asked if needed refill on drinks and when I complained about cold fries all she said would let kitchen know. After giving her my debit card it took too long to get card back I never left a tip. Very disappointed. Server was Jamie on 01/07/2025 time 1:54 PM ticket number 70008.
