Every time we come here it seems after we order food we don't see out waiter/waitress again. Seems like long waits between steps. Sitting at table forever waiting on a check, like I'm already frustrated our order was wrong, I'm already frustrated we didn't get drink refills with our meals. I'm already frustrated the food comes out cold, every time I come here. I just want to leave.

i heard that the fries at buffalo wild wings were like McDonalds used to be so stopped. when arrived there was nobody to seat us so took a table after a long time a waitress came to take order and asked if this is your regular seat I said no so she gave us menu's and took long time to get back, then took drink orders and another long wait, after ordering another long wait when the food came the fries were cold but the All American Burger was excellent. The server never came back to table never asked if needed refill on drinks and when I complained about cold fries all she said would let kitchen know. After giving her my debit card it took too long to get card back I never left a tip. Very disappointed. Server was Jamie on 01/07/2025 time 1:54 PM ticket number 70008.

Staying at the Hampton on a snowy night and the restaurant next door was Buffalo Wild Wing. Walked over and waited for the food. It tasted as if we were served day old overcooked wings. It was terrible could not even finish them. Difficult to even find chicken in the breading. No celery or carrots.

I ordered 20 bone in wings to go, and they were so dry and like rubber. I ordered them in 3 different flavors, but they only gave me two. Didn't enjoy eating any of them.

Waited 45 minutes for an order that was supposed to be picked up at 6:30. We were not happy with the lack of communication. Others came in and got their food right away. Asked one staff member for an update, and she left into the kitchen and didn’t return. The manager took initiative and got us an update. Will not be ordering from here again.
We brought it to family and turns we did not get our complete order. Disappointed to say the least.

Supper long wait times! Waited 50 min mac and cheese arrived ice cold! No salsa for the chips, no ranch for the carrots and celery.
Waited 20 minutes for a server to get our drink order and server never came and no one was in the restaurant

Can't speak for the food haven't had it yet, been waiting for 45 minutes and asked a server if our food was coming soon she said she didn't know and walked away to another table without saying she'd figure it out or try to help. Servers seem to drag their feet on everything.

Worst experience ever. Brought out the wrong food and kindly told her I didn’t order that. Waitress accused me of changing my mind on my food.Told her no and she finally took out her check book. There was an order on the check book that was exactly what she brought out. Told her that wasn’t ours and she flip the page and my order was on there. She probably didn’t Rip it off from the previous customer. Anyway laugh super rude didn’t apologize and walked away.
