We stopped by here yesterday (12/26) in the afternoon. I don't know if they were short staffed or just unorganized because it took a while to be seated. Then it took about 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that we existed. The waitress took our drink order and said that our server will be right over. It was probably another 10-15 minutes before she came back and took our order. (we never saw her after that). Our food took about 30 minutes, delivered by the cooks, not our server. We were missing silverware, sauce for chicken strips, marinara for our chicken parm sandwich, ranch which we requested while ordering. The cooks got all of that for us, not our server. We had to flag someone down for our check and to go boxes. There were two extra drinks on our bill, which they fixed. It was probably the worst service that I have ever had at a restaurant. The only positive thing was that the food was good and the cooks were friendly.

We stopped by here yesterday ( Friday 12/26) at 2:30pm. It took at least 10 minutes to be seated.(the guy who seated us acted like he hated his job. I think he was the manager because he had a grey shirt on vs what the servers were wearing.) After being seated, It took 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged that we even existed. Finally, a waitress explained that our server is training and it's his 2nd day, but she'll take our drink orders, which was no problem at all. She dropped off our drinks 10 minutes later and said that our server will be right over. We waited and waited, finally 15 minutes later, she came back and took our order. (We never saw her after that.). Someone came by and filled our drinks while we were waiting for our food, which took over 30 minutes, which was finally delivered by the cooks. We never received silverware until 5 minutes after on food arrived. We were also missing marinara for our chicken parm sandwich, sauce for our chicken strips, and ranch which we ordered. The cooks got everything we needed, not our server. We were never asked how our food was, our drinks were never refilled again, and no one cleared our plates after being done for over 15 minutes. I had to flag someone down for our check and to get to-go boxes. When we got our bill, there was two extra drinks on it, which we didn't order. The guy in the gray shirt fixed that for us.

The only positive experiences were that the food was good and the cooks that delivered our food were friendly.

My service was great, the bartender was phenomenal, I think her name was Desiree. However the manager Jamie, I think she had purple hair, was so rude and disrespectful to the staff. I was sitting at bar rail and multiple times she was yelling or talking disrespectful to the servers. Multiple times I saw servers almost in tears because of her. I was only here for an hour and a half, this honestly makes me not want to come back.

I just wanted a quick meal… sat at the bar, waited for service and placed my order with the bartender, after waiting 20 minutes, I asked where my food was, when the sandwich arrived 5 minutes later, it was cold, and looked like crap.
What a joke.
Another person sat down next to me waited 17 minutes. Nobody acknowledged them so the guy got up and left. They weren’t even that busy.

Hard to believe this location stays in business with how woeful the table service is here in the bar area. Just staggeringly bad, from being waited on to table clearing to replenishing drinks to even getting the bill right. Nothing about any part of the service here was even close to acceptable, and the best part is none of the 3-4 staff we interacted with seemed like it was anything out of the ordinary. Like you're crazy if you don't think you should be doing their jobs for them. Amazing.

Stopped in for lunch. Took over 40 min to get food. When it finally showed up it was cold. Then blamed the cold food on them being busy. Bar side was a little over half full when I ordered and family side had maybe 4 tables. Slow service maybe but not cold food. Tried speaking to the manager and that was a waste of time. Order was wings, a wrap and kids chicken strips.

Don’t order food to go if you are ordering multiples. Everytime so far, food has been missing. If you do make sure you triple check before you leave.

Stopped for a quick meal, turned out to be 90 min later before we were leaving. Was a Wednesday night and all you can eat wings, place was full and busy, but not overwhelming. My wife ordered endless appetizers but was never asked if she wanted more, she would have ordered a drink off the menu, but they don't display drink prices. Once we were done eating it took maybe 20 min to be able to leave, I had to put my card on the table to finally get my check.
