Litteraly the last 4 times I’ve gotten food here they have been out of the special, it’s just dumb to advertise it on the menu and be out of it all the time, like take it off the menu then? Food has always been delicious and service always fast I just think it’s pathetic to be out of the special all the time not a huge deal, but somebody should be told this.

No icing for the cinnamon rolls and when called about oh are you sure there wasn’t a package of icing. Like it’s my fault they didn’t check it.

Honestly, one of the worst places I've ever gone to to get food, couldn't even get my order. Due to issues with their equipment and they wouldn't issue me a refund Or substitute for anything else.

I’ve been here a few times and not once have I been satisfied with my meal. The employees act like they wanna throw your food at you and never smile. I’ve gotten a burger from there before tonight and it was cold and gross. I’ve ordered mellow yellow everytime I’ve gotten food from here and it’s always soda water with no syrup. I checked my burger today and there was ONE tomato, two SMALL pickles, and the tiniest bit of ketchup. Safe to say I’m never coming back to this location ever again. Don’t waste your time nor money here.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Burger King location. I ordered a Whopper at 10:20 PM through the drive-thru, and when I opened it at home, the patty was cold and extremely hard—almost impossible to eat. I returned to the restaurant to ask why the patty was in such poor condition, and they told me the fryer was closed, so they had to use a microwave to heat the burger. They then told me to come back the next morning to get a replacement, which is completely unacceptable. I then asked for a chicken burger instead, and when I compared it to the Whopper, it was even worse. The meat, bread, and veggies were in terrible condition, and both burgers ended up in the trash. Terrible service and quality all around. I will never be returning to this Burger King again."

Dining room was very cold. There were out of ice, coke and kid toys. FF were warm but burgers cold. Diet pop had a syrup taste to it?
