Worst service I’ve ever had In South Dakota.. at any place I’ve ever been too.. and I xalled and complained, was told by a teenager.., ummm no one can help you , they will call you tomorrow.. lol do you think anyone called me? Spent 136 dollars there and didn’t even get all our food… I will never give them another penny.. ever

They can't keep enough staff to stay open on normal hours. They have to close by 5:00 p.m. that's kind of ridiculous even on the weekends. It's been non-stopping last year

Came through the driveway, no cotton candy blizzard. And the blizzard we got was already melted. Where did the " workers are suppose to flip it and show it's still dart queen style frozen blizzards".. an unsatisfied customer.

Never put a mobile order in for dairy Queen to make things quicker. Even if you're in the drive thru, you'll wait way longer than if you would have just ordered at the drive thru. Ive been watching new people order food and getting theirs. While I'm still waiting past my pickup time.

Lady with the headset fell asleep and the line built out to the main drag. My pretzel sticks were pretty mangled too. Not your usual DQ experience.

Chicken strips are good. Love their onion rings. My favorite blizzard is cappucino Heath. The location is great. Easy to drive off a busy street into their parking lot. Friendly cashier who took our order.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space for high chairs in between tables.

Mediocre food, wonderful staff, chain restaurant atmosphere. Burgers are only mediocre, too much tasteless dry meat. This burger was not a good balance of fresh bun, crunchy lettuce, juicy tomato, ketchup and mayo, and good quality juicy meat I want to taste in a burger. Fries are bland, not crunchy, Shake was overly sweet and didn't taste like real ice cream, sort of a bland fake shake taste. We compared the burgers, shakes and fries here to the drive thru only place just a couple of blocks away ( starts with a Z). The other place makes a better burger, 6astier shake, and better fries. 'niff said.
