Ordered delivery online, waited 45 min and called to check when we could expect it. They told us 30 more min. Waited another 45 min, called again and they said the order was on the way. It arrived about 2hrs after ordering. Pizza was very good but if the wait was going to be that long I wish they would tell you.

Made a mistake online and texted and e-mailed 30 minutes past due time because I pushed wrong button. Wanted deliver n it was take out. My mistake apparently and when I tried to resolve problem it got absolutely rude! Never again! 3rd time! Do

Have been coming to Empire for many years now, and it’s always been great! The pizza is amazing, among the best I’ve ever had. The quality is extremely consistent and every pizza I’ve gotten has been the same as the last, which can’t be said for many other pizza places. Love all of the options and appreciate the friendly staff when I come to pick up. Definitely the best pizza place in town!I recently moved from Watertown to Central MN, so now I always make a point to stop at Empire every time I’m in the area. I wish I could have an Empire Pizza location at home in MN too! Maybe someday?

I got to eat there for the first time and I spent it with my grandson we got 2 pizzas 1 thin crust and one thick they were both very good now I cant decide which crust I will get next time and there will definitely be a next time like maybe this weekend.
Last two times was told it would be an hour for delivery. Was over an hour and the pizza was cold! Expensive now too.Trying to deliver too many at one time w pizza sitting in the car getting cold? Got to be a better system. Last time I’ll
