Dirty and gross. The person taking me order was apparently having a bad day and was very rude. Super slooooooooow. 15 minutes to make 1 sub, and I was 1 of three in the whole place at 2 pm. And you get a “look” if you don’t round up to the next dollar. I think the employee asking for the round up gets rated on how many people they get to round up. Not sure exact where that money goes.

5/31/25 Stopped in today it was packed, ordered 2 subs & it took 1 hour & 40 mins to get them. Checked subs on way home, they were wrong so didn't attempt to return them & have to wait even longer. We will return to Firehouse just not this location...

I ordered 3 sandwich combos. Picked it up and took it home and found out then that 1 sandwich was totally wrong. Had to go back again and was treated very rudely. When I said I would not be coming there again the answer I got was "good". Not very good customer relations considering they are the ones that made the mistake not me.

Lost at Sea

I am rating one star because of my customer service and food poisoning. My service was unwelcoming but I accepted that because that’s just how fast food places are these days. But what made me come to the reviews was the way I felt after eating my food. The only way to describe it is; like a sword piercing my stomach repeatedly for five hours. I am a pretty resilient guy but I’m thinking I might need a hospital trip. Obviously I got something expired or cross contaminated by something very bad. You folks need to be more sanitary in your food handling. I will not be back! I have never been in so much pain! 3/11/2025 at 1pm ish.

I came in to Firehouse Subs in Watertown, South Dakota to use my points to acquire 2 platters of sandwiches for a medical Benefit held for me but was accused of defrauding the point system because I have almost 90,000 points I wanted to redeem for the benefit held Saturday February 1st 2025. I am appalled and felt discriminated against as being a man of color because this is the only business that gave me a difficult time for this benefit. Perkins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Pizza Ranch and various other businesses in Watertown South Dakota made valiant efforts to assist me with my benefit but Mitch the general manager of Firehouse Subs in Watertown made me feel like a common criminal.

Went for lunch today, waited 25mins for my sandwich only for it to be cold in the middle and my friends arrived on the wrong bread also cold in the middle, I can see if it was busy but there were 4 tables with people and three of them had their food, disappointed I usually enjoy firehouse subs

I'm sorry, but paying $33 for 2 mediocre subs is absolutely ridiculous. They were both soggy and the meat wasn't spread out to cover all the bread. On top of that, the au jus was cold. Not room temperature even, but cold. We've ordered once before and it was amazing. Tonight was a massive disappointment. Subway would've be an improvement for the quality v cost. And the employees were slow, rude, and not friendly. Overall a waste of time and money.
