Went thru drive thru Friday night and got a sandwich for myself and my wife. Ate half of mine (beef and turkey), seemed fine. She ate hers (Italian club #9) and about 3 hours later, she was sick as a dog, but I was fine. She spent all day Saturday sick and today getting better, but still nauseous. Not much we can do about it but maybe check evening stock better?

They consistently get my order wrong. It seems like they don’t read tickets/ customizations.. maybe 2 out of 10 times they actually get it right. Be prepared for a 30+ minute wait in the drive-thru if there are a couple of cars ahead of you.

This location is usually great, but the last two times I’ve ordered they are 10+ minutes late(I selected a time for it to be delivered) with one time the driver calling, claiming my address didn’t exist. When calling the store to ask what’s going on, the worker was rude, never apologizing or offering anything more than ‘the driver is out delivering’.

We had a small hiccup with our order, but the manager at this Jimmy John’s went above and beyond to make it right. The customer service was outstanding - quick, kind, and genuinely focused on making sure we left happy. Really appreciate the way it was handled!

We waited for food in the drive-through for exactly half an hour at 2pm. The car in front of us left without getting their food, presumably because they were tired of waiting. The point of going to Jimmy John’s is to get food quickly when you are traveling with a hungry kid. I see other reviews now about the same situation. Hope the issue gets addressed soon. We won’t be coming back again.

What’s happened to Jimmy John’s? 2nd time of ordering in person and having to wait 20 min to get 2 subs!! Subs so slow you’ll freak out!!

Every few months we like to have a picnic at a new park, and we always choose Jimmy Johns as our go-to sandwich shop. It makes it a lot easier on us, not having to build our own sandwiches at home and worry about ingredients and what not, but they're also so fast, and sooo good. They make our date nights stress free, and always fast and delicious!!; employees are always super kind and helpful. We've been to a few locations in multiple states, and every one has always been a great experience. We continue to look forward to our next picnic date with using JJs as our main course ❤️

Sandwich wasn’t bad, but sat in drive thru for almost 30 minutes. Then ended up not getting everything we ordered and the guy working the window argued that we didn’t order that. We just left without what we ordered.
