The food is good, but the bread is ALWAYS dry 😭 plus they've gotten my order wrong once or twice now just because of how muffled the the drive-thru speakers are. Staff is always nice, though!

The food is great. But we're a little confused when our order is ready. They just yell out the number of the sandwich. "Number 5, number 6!" But in a busy lunch rush, the 10 people waiting don't know whose order it is. We look at one another and sheepishly walk forward, hoping we're not taking someone else's order. Maybe get a name or put an order number on the ticket so the customers know what's up and if it's their food or someone else's. All in all, good food. The person who took our order was a bit plain in expression. She seemed young, perhaps tired. Smile some. Enjoy the people or the work, or both. Happiness helps the day go better!

I like Jimmy John's, but I don't love Jimmy John's, ya know?Their food is good, things are fresh and it's clean and fine.But, just like other sandwich places, after a while it all kind of tastes the same.When you're eating Jimmy John's, you know you're eating Jimmy John's, no matter what you get.That's not a terrible thing, that's consistency, but when you have something enough times and it's always the same, it loses its appeal.So, Jimmy John's is good if you want Jimmy John's.

This is absolutely ridicules not only did I wait 25 minutes at the store for my online order that was placed ahead of time but also the food I received was a pathetic attempt at making a sandwich I was served basically bread and that’s bad if it was a regular serving of protein but it was supposed to be double protein

Over the last 3 months they have been out of bread during the lunch hour. Freaky fast is the moto but they have been over 30 min late on delivering food to me to. I sit here now waiting 20 min in the drive thru 😒 no impressed.

I love JJ’s, but not enough to wait 2-3 hours for a sandwich. Kind of ridiculous for a smaller town like this. If you are understaffed, turn off delivery instead of making people wait hours for a sandwich.
