I have a service dog myself and seeing the video of that manager made me sick to my stomach. I can't even imagine how the handler was feeling. If this happened to me and my sd, I would be furious and the situation would probably trigger an episode. What a disgrace.

The manager denied a service dog which is highly ILLEGAL!! And not only did he deny them, but he was belligerent and screaming. What a joke to have someone like that represent a business.
