I am DISGUSTED by the fact that 2 girls got kicked out and cursed at for bringing their MEDICAL EQUIPMENT(service dogs) into the place it is absolutely ridiculous and wrong no matter what happened there is not reason to scream and curse.

I ordered food for pick up, pick up time 9:30-9:35, we’re not from around here so we didn’t know how long it would take to find. We got a snippy call at 9:35 because we weren’t there yet. Poor customer service, honestly poor altogether.

Called customer service because our food was 45 minutes late yet my email said it was delivered. Then found that it was left on the step. No knock or doorbell. Also missing 1/4 of our order. Was told I’d get a 15% refund in 10-12 days. This won’t even cover the missing food or the tip we had already paid. Very frustrating.
