Called customer service because our food was 45 minutes late yet my email said it was delivered. Then found that it was left on the step. No knock or doorbell. Also missing 1/4 of our order. Was told I’d get a 15% refund in 10-12 days. This won’t even cover the missing food or the tip we had already paid. Very frustrating.
Yesterday on Tuesday, July 26, I ordered a pizza. Whoever was making the pizzas from 2 to 3 PM did an amazing job. The crust was cooked absolutely perfect and tasted so amazing. Whoever was making those pizzas in that time frame need a pat on the back. This is why I love Little Caesars Pizza and keep coming back compared with everyone else.
Very clean, the employees are so nice and we got our food in a reasonable amount of time. I've never had any issues here besides when I tried paying with a $100 bill and found out that they don't take them so my son had to run to the gas station to break it down. Other than that, great place for a quick bite when you don't feel like cooking.
