They have both lanes open even though they are so short staffed that they had to close the pay here window temporarily! The drive thru was packed but I got my Dr pepper and shamrock shake right away at the same time the food was ready! Excellent customer service! That's why I go to the interstate one unless it's after 10 and then the cool kids are working at the intown one!

TWICE I have had a quarter pounder that was cold and raw in the middle. About 4 months in between. Decided to try it again after the first incident I called to let them know. Never got the coupon they “sent”. Second time they couldn’t even answer the phone or call me back.

We ordered 2 milkshakes online (one chocolate and one strawberry) both were delicious; The nuggets tasted good too. If you order from the app you almost always find some promotion. The attention was not friendly at all.

They messed up my order 3 times I ordered medium fries and I got small fries and I also ordered quarter pounder with no cheese and I got cheese and theb I ordered a medium drink and got a small drink
