Pasta night is great! Happened to stop by on a Tuesday. You get to pick what you want from a wide selection and they mix it all together and cook while you watch.
So many things wrong. I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and broccoli. Came with such a small amount of sauce(had to order more). By the time it came the pasta was cold. The chicken must have precooked, it tasted old,and dry. 3 bits of broccoli
Ate only a few bites. The waitress didn't care. Ordered the Summer Dessert special. Angel food cake , placed on grill. it came burnt. Couldn't eat that either.

🤮🤮Just stopped at Minervas in Watertown for a nice supper on our 49th wedding anniversary for a nice meal. Order a top sirlon med/well it was the driest and toughest sirloin I have ever had. Not a oz of juice left in the steak or on the plate, I remarked to our server and all she said was sorry, I have never left a piece of steak on a plate in my life but I just couldn't eat it. Remarked to server that when paying bill and again sorry. Arnie

Minerva's Restaurant & Bar offers a beautiful atmosphere, with eager-to-please staff despite limited numbers. The food is delicious, with dishes served as requested. While staffing can be a challenge, the head chef and staff are accommodating and helpful. The restaurant has a weekly wing night and serves creative summer drinks.
