Oh Baby O’sWalked in and up to the counter. Made eye contact with a male employee standing just in the back who did not smile or greet me. Then I noticed the sign that said ring bell when ready to order. So, I made eye contact with him again and lightly rang the bell, asking “Am I supposed to do this?” And he responded in a slightly irritated tone “yeah, she’ll be with you in a minute.” I said “ok, thank you, no rush - I just didn’t know what to do.Then I noticed there was a sign that said “We are NOT a fast food restaurant. Your food is made FRESH EVERY order. PLEASE be PATIENT.” Which I do love, that’s amazing, I can stand behind that. But, after the initial impression of the general attitude in the place was established with the above encounter - this sign now comes across in a passive aggressive tone. Then a woman came to take my order, without a smile she said “Hi, what can I get you?” And I ordered, and it was fine, no smile. No good vibes. But - maybe this is her store and she is the one who makes the magic and she is focused in the zone. So if that’s the case, that’s wonderful good for her, I sent a thank you for putting positivity out into the world in the form of delicious pretzels. However, if you maintain a slightly irritated about you surrounding taking orders from a customer, I would suggest letting somebody else run the register for you. Then, while I was patiently waiting, I heard the guy that I made eye contact with earlier in the story, in the back complaining loudly to the female who took my order. It sounded like he was complaining about a phone call with a customer, but I do not want to assume anything. He could’ve been complaining about a personal phone call. However, it just added to the irritated with customers vibe for me.Then, the next customer who walks in, a smiling, sweet man with facial hair greeted the person immediately as they walked up to the register, he proceeded to smile and kindly take her order. It was a very positive interaction, displaying positive non-irritated attitude. This man was the one that brought me my order after double checking with me that it was in fact to go order, and very kindly smiled and handed me my bag with to go boxes.Maybe this was just a random one time situation, and I understand that when you make amazing homemade magical pretzels, and hotdogs that a lot of customers, very rude and irritating things about having to wait. However, my initial impression was that there is some toxicity that needs to be worked out of the crew here. With all of that said, I can’t base a real opinion off of one interaction. And it’s one of those situations that you’re going to get pretzels and delicious food, you’re not going to have a positive interaction or a free good attitude appetizer during interaction with the staff. All in all I would Not let this deter you, I mostly am leaving this review because oh baby owes had really good advertising. A wonderful billboard a very well filled out Google business page, which is not very common for some businesses. The pretzels and dipping sauces 100% banging 9 out of 10 in flavor and freshness. My only food complaint: the marinara sauce was cold :( which was a big let down. But they do have Jones Soda which is amazing !!!I just wanted to share my honest experience in case this is an experience with other people have so that maybe I can positively impact the continued growth and success of this wonderful local Gem ?!!!

The guy in the kitchen stared at me like I was a horrible inconvenience. He looked like he wanted to come at me swingin. He just kept staring. I had to hide in a corner to get out of his line of sight.

This place was inviting and had a wide variety of flavors and options. The wonderful lady at the front counter was a delight and helped us with ordering, as well as supplies for my kids and me. She was very thoughtful and considerate. The food was delicious and even my small children are a ton! Big win for our family to find this restaurant.

This is a must for stopping when in the Watertown area. Great for a snack or meal. They have big pretzels and mini bites which are excellent road trip food. You can order ahead and pick up as well, but it does take some time to make this creative comfort food, so if you go there just understand the wait is totally worth it. All salty or sweet cravings you have can be satisfied here.

Perfect locally owned place to grab a very tasty lunch! Everybody is always very nice and the food is perfectly done with a great balance of dough, cheese, and sauce. Can't relate to any of the poor reviews on here. I can't wait to come back and enjoy another great meal!

Tables were dirty, pretzels were doughty and not fully cooked and yet burnt on the bottom.

There is no sauce in the Knucklehead anymore?? It's literally meat and dough? What happened to the original recipe? Why did my review get deleted from 2 months ago and still no explanation??
