Waitress seated and greeted us promptly and took our orders in a reasonable time… Food took a LONG time to arrive. Tasted ok but the pie portions were kinda skimpy. Soup, salad, pie trio was a good deal.
Food was good. Service was poor. She never came back to refill pop. Eventually came back to our table and said....is that it? We asked for a pie menu, she never came back to see if we wanted any.... which we did. After 15 minutes or so, we decided to just go to the checkout and pay... even tho we never got our ticket. Stood there about 10 minutes waiting on someone to help us. Finally another gal came.... never apologized for no ticket, no pie etc..... and she was a service leader. Makes me question how much training these kids get nowadays. Not sure we'll be back.
Food is still bland as always
Waited 40 minutes for my food. The order was wrong so I left, never to return.
The staff was very friendly. The service was Great. The food was very good. I was very pleased.
Nice service
Loved it. Popped in with my family for lunch. Food and pie was delicious. Was great for my family with littles, 3 under 3. Loved that they had booster seats and high chairs.

This place has the most delicious bakery and kind staff in Watertown. Just taste the carrot pie and get surprised due to its flavor.

The service is good, the waitresses are attentive, cordial and eager to offer you good service. The food is delicious, perhaps I expected a slightly more varied menu.
