I have always ordered food delivery from Pizza Ranch. Recently I noticed that they won’t do delivery for orders less than $50. The sad part is that even in the app, it would not let me check out even though I went beyond $50. Here’s the screenshot. I hope this get addressed right away. Very disappointed. Notice that my basket is worth $66 and the other is $59. The note below says subtotal should be $50 but still won’t let me check out.
Tried calling for delivery and was told I needed a 50 dollar minimum order, ummmm I am single, I don't need 50 dollars worth of food.

The new layout is horrible! Bottlenecked from the register to the seating areas. Pizzas, chicken, potatoes, vegetables, and desserts were not readily available. I'm not a fan. If that "game room" was meant to be a good thing, it's not. I'm not sure when or if we'd go back. Too bad we used to like to go to Pizza Ranch.
Wheelchair accessibility: With the new, cramped layout, I don't see it as handicapped accessible.

The Watertown Pizza Ranch is a great place to eat. Not only do they have great chicken but their customer service is over and beyond what is expected. We had a door dash order that we got all dark meat instead of mixed and I called the manager. He sent over a mixed box in a matter of minutes. Great service!!

The buffet is a good option to try a little of everything, the pizzas are varied for everyone's taste, refill soft drinks, salad bar and the fried chicken has a very good flavor, clean, pleasant and familiar place.
