I placed an online order for in store pickup. One photo shows what was supposed to be in the whole order, others show each individual order and then photos of the food with completely missing ingredients!!!! Mine had ZERO BEANS, ZERO CHEESE and about a tsp of lettuce and sour cream!!!! Totally dissatisfied. I thought leaving a tip during ordering would help!!! I was ripped off!!!

I ordered 2 burrito bowls and a soup through DoorDash. I chose (for both of them) to have guacamole, extra sour cream, extra cheese and lettuce. Didn’t get any. I got just regular cheese, a tiny bit of sour cream and NO guac or lettuce at all!
The food didn’t taste bad, but I also found a little piece of chicken bone in mine. Overall, I will probably NOT order again.

Special thanks to Michelle for her great customer service. She was very polite and explained their reward program very well. Have been eating at Qdoba for a long time but was never informed about the reward program earlier.

Service & food here today were awesome! We haven't been to a QDOBA before and we will definitely be back. The younger kid at the counter making food was very helpful & kind!

Meh experience at this Chipotle. Employee's seemed listless, and protein options didn't look especially fresh and food containers weren't well kept. Bathroom and restaurant seemed fairly clean though.

We visit Qdoba every time we go to South Dakota.
They also have gift cards we purchase so our family knows we went out of our way when we send them a Christmas gift showing we purchased them while visiting during the year. The gift cards make great gifts.

Service with a smile is an understatement for this establishment. No matter if they are extremely busy or slow at that moment. I have always been greeted with a smile and the employees are eager to help every customer. When it comes to the food it's always fresh as you can see that they are cooking the chicken or cutting up the veggies for the prep table. I definitely have fantastic service and a great meal every time no matter if I'm ordering lunch or supper. Kelsey absolutely knows what she is doing when it comes to that restaurant and is fantastic at it. Plus she has and amazing crew that backs her up. So if you find yourself near this store do yourself a favor and stop in for a bite to eat believe me you won't regret it.

I came through a few days ago and got the kids meal. The guy who was finishing up orders continued to switch from grabbing food to touching the screen and handling money, to go right back to touching food-WITH HIS GLOVES ON THE ENTIRE TIME. I thought I seen it happening and then decided to stand there to watch. Yep, he took payments from customers then went right back to touching food. I got the attention of a lady who I seen worked there for some time. She apologized and asked if I wanted her to remake my order. I refused. She agreed and said that the guy does need to get new gloves when touching food and the handles on the scoops/utensils. I said he already contaminated the food so what's the point of remaking my order? She said he only touched the lettuce directly. She ended up refunding my money and insisting that she can remake it for me. I said no and kept the meal, minus the lettuce. I ate a portion of the meal and wish I hadn't. I was sick for 3 days, so it's likely I got food poisoning from there. Not returning any time soon.
