Staff was all rude and both drinks I received where so gross and they didn’t add coffee to anything. They also do not have a manger at the moment so it’s not the starbucks to go to!

Awesome! Very thankful for their friendly, upbeat, efficient & speedy service on a foggy, gloomy morning. Got a delicious non-dairy matcha and a hot tea (plus extra water!) in no time flat.

Free glass day and there were no glasses :( We ordered through the app iced caramel brûlée 9/10 and peppermint mocha 9.5/10. The service was fast, ready in 3 minutes. The staff's attention could be better, much better: /

I received a gift card for Starbucks. The place was very tidy inside and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered a small drink, which was good. I don't know what food would be like.

Employees acted as if it was dreadful being at work. Asked for 2 medium drinks and got 2 smalls. Our drinks sat on the counter for a bit before we realized that the drinks were ours bc the size was wrong and the gal working couldn’t say the names loud enough to be heard. She appeared miserable. Customer service was terrible. Drinks were good.

I overall had a good experience, worthy of a 4-star review. The wait in the drive-thru was a bit longer than expected, but nothing too bad. My visit was quite typical for a Starbucks, with the usual quality of service and products. However, I found the request for a tip at the drive-thru to be a bit odd.

Let’s be real. When you come to watertown starbucks. be prepared to sit in line for half an hour. bring some snacks, popcorn. Maybe even bring a movie. Starbs, need to pick up the speed. Should be quick, fast. Not 30mins just to get the wrong order!

Ok this place used to be above a 5 but since a district manager Cory came in all has gone in a short matter of time. Forcible replacing the store manager who had everything running smooth was the final bullet in this store. Unless rapid change happens to reverse this move, this store is doomed. Taking my 400-500 bucks a month to another shop
